Refund Eligibility & Process

Eligible for a Refund
  • A full refund is available if the app has been registered but has not been installed on any test devices.
  • If a service issue prevents normal use and results in verified impact, a full refund will be provided.
Not Eligible for a Refund
  • Once the app has been installed on one or more test devices and testing has started, refunds are not available.
